Troubleshooting Ping Ball The following may help you if you are having problems playing Ping Ball. If it doesn't help you can email support@pingball.com for support. Most problems can be fixed easily.
Ping Ball tends runs quite well on most PCs. If you find that the animation is a little choppy then there are a few things you can do to speed it up.
All levels can be completed, trust me! If a particular level seems difficult, try doing the puzzles in a different order. Alternatively you can make it easier by playing the level in 'Kid Mode' or by changing the game speed to one of the slower settings. The game speed option can be found by clicking Options, then Game Options in the game. If you really really can't get past a level, send an email to will@pingball.com and ask him to send you a demo file. When you get the file double click it and Ping Ball will show you the level being completed. Be sure to mention in the email which level it is you are stuck on.
If Ping Ball crashes in full-screen mode, try running it in a window. Click the Start button, then Programs -> Ping Ball -> Settings and uncheck the 'Run in Full-screen' box. You can also try changing the graphics driver. In the settings app (see above), click the 'Advanced' tab then change the pull-down from 'Direct X' to 'WinDib'. If you still experience problems, email support@pingball.com for help. |
